Tizwaz Rider Training is a family run business with over 20 years of experience. It has been established in the Bournemouth and Poole area for over twenty years. Tizwaz operates from Dorset's only purpose built road safety training centre in the heart of Bournemouth. The business is a trading name of Dorsetbiker Ltd. All instructors are registered with the Driving and Vehicle Standards Agency.
Tizwaz provides motorcycle rider training across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. Most training sessions are run with a maximum of two students to one instructor, and all training can be booked 1-2-1. Tizwaz offers Compulsory Basic Training (CBT), Direct and Restricted Access Training for Cat A, A1, or A2, and Back to Biking or Refresher courses from half a day, using the customer's bike or Tizwaz's.

Great friendly people, booked my motorcycle training and tests easily without difficulty and look forward to the tests. Ok back to add to it. Met Elliot, great guy was very patient with me, and I can highly recommend him. It's been 25yr gap in riding for me, he gave me great instruction and gave me the attention and the patience I needed as I don't take criticism easy, he had just the right tone with me and I thoroughly enjoyed my instruction from him. Im pleased to say i successfully passed my mod1 although I was a bit fast through the emergency stop and the emergency avoidance only just pulling front end in just in time. Looking forward to my mod2 in a few weeks time, and I'll be back to finish my review. Ok I popped back to the shop today to buy a new helmet and again couldn't be more happy with my purchase, has to be my favourite shop to date.
Brilliant experience with Tizwaz, unfortunately had to cancel my DAS and Kathryn was understanding and refunded me promptly.
Absolutely brilliant guys, you sorted me out even when I turned up with a broken hand a couple months back, but passed mod 1 absolutely no issues! And have absolute confidence in the mod 2, hopefully will be category A licenced in about a month! Thankyou so much, instruction was 10/10 great job guys
I visited the store and Kathryn was incredibly helpful, and her experience helped me find the perfect fit for my gear. I found exactly what I needed at a great price. Highly recommend this store for excellent service and quality second-hand products!
Recently pased my DAS wit the help of Kathryn, Elliot and the team. Only took a couple of weeks to pass from no riding experience to completing mod 2 with a clean sheet. Thank you guys! Really recommend this for anyone who wants to learn how to ride, not just to pass the test!
They're a really good training centre. I had my CBT booked in late September and by the end of October I had passed my DAS first time. Elliott was really knowledgeable and gave you everything you needed to know for the tests. Can only recommend.
Our instructor Chris was just amazing! So patient and calm with us..he certainly had his work cut out. I had just got over covid and wasn’t myself and the other rider was a complete novice. We both ended up on automatic bikes but it didn’t matter..We had a really enjoyable day and Chris equipped us with all of the skills and knowledge to complete the CBT successfully. Thank you Tizwaz I will be back to complete my next stage of training with you
