What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

CBT sessions form the core of what this King's Park Drive centre in Bournemouth is known for, alongside direct access training for those returning to motorcycling or progressing to a full licence. Several accounts describe instructors Elliot, James, Chris and Trev as patient and encouraging, with particular praise for how they support nervous or older riders taking to two wheels for the first time in decades.

A detail many reviews return to is the small class size, which allows one-on-one attention when someone struggles on their first day, along with easy-to-handle bikes suited to beginners. Reviewers often mention that explanations are clear and delivered in a friendly, conversational way rather than as dry instruction, building confidence steadily through the day. Kathryn's administration of bookings is also noted as smooth and well organised, taking the stress out of arranging sessions.

Teenagers as young as sixteen and adults returning after long breaks from riding are both mentioned as having positive experiences, with staff adapting their approach accordingly. Some pupils have completed their CBT here more than once, citing a marked improvement over instruction received elsewhere. Training extends beyond the compulsory basic course to full licence progression for those aiming to ride larger machines, with the same instructors supporting riders through each stage.

Fantastic training centre. My 16 year old son did his cbt here and I couldn’t thank them enough brilliant day for him and customer service from team was fantastic.

Another shout out to Tizwaz for supportive, inclusive training. I have done all my licences with this firm. Elliott is patient and a fantastic trainer. Highly recommended for beginners at CBT level or going for your big bike licence. Just great! 💯

Had my CBT with Elliot, very friendly chap who really cares for his riders, he even took the day to give me a one on one the following week after my first day was a bit rough (I had never ridden a bike before, let alone the manual one!). There is no judgment if you have difficulty too. Kathryn runs the shop down Wimborne Road and she is fantastic, made getting a booking with the CBT super easy and definitely hope to see them both again!

Have done my cbt here 4/5 times now, trainers are genuinely patient, top tier level of knowledge. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I was supposed to have my CBT today with this company, but my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, one of the instructors (who I later found out is actually the owner) started picking on me about my boots. I was wearing Chelsea boots that fully covered my ankles, exactly as I was told over the phone the day before when I checked. His approach immediately made me feel uncomfortable and a bit panicked, but I brushed it off. Things got worse when I was asked for my licence. I admit, I didn’t bring it with me — that’s my mistake for not properly checking the email and relying on a friend’s experience with another company where it wasn’t required. I live only 5 minutes away, so I rushed back to get it, but I couldn’t find it in time. I brought my passport instead, thinking that would help since they already had my details, my generated code, and had checked everything beforehand. Despite all that, they refused to let me on the course. I take full responsibility for not bringing my licence, but what shocked me was the complete lack of understanding or effort to find a solution. The way it was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help, their response was basically: “Too bad, if you want to do it again, pay us another £200.” Mistakes happen, but good customer service is about how you deal with them. I can’t believe that the owner of a business like this wouldn’t even try to work with me to find a way forward — especially in the bikers’ community, where you’d expect more support and understanding. Maybe they’re good instructors, but in my opinion, they are not good at treating customers with respect and fairness

Absolutely brilliant! The whole Tizwaz team was amazing. After 39 years of not riding, and being very nervous, Trev supported me to successfully complete my CBT with patience and good humour. I would highly recommend Tizwaz to help you to achieve your motorcycling ambitions.

First off, massive shoutout to Katheryn for her impeccable organization skills. She made sure everything was smooth sailing from day one, keeping me informed and on track throughout the whole process. Her efficiency and friendly demeanor took all the stress out of the admin side, allowing me to focus solely on my training. And then there's Eliot, my fantastic instructor. Eliot's understanding and encouraging approach made a world of difference. He has a knack for explaining things clearly and a patient way of guiding you through even the trickiest maneuvers. His positive attitude and expert insights boosted my confidence and skills on the bike. Together, Katheryn and Eliot created a top-notch learning environment that not only prepared me for the test but also made the entire journey enjoyable. I'm beyond grateful for their support and couldn't have asked for a better team to help me achieve this milestone. If you're looking to get your bike license, this is THE place to do it. Highly recommend! 🏍️💨
