Highly recommend Abdulkarim for automatic lessons! I was a complete beginner and I could not have asked for a better instructor. I was a nervous driver and got quite anxious when I saw heavy traffic on the road. Nevertheless, Abdul was very patient and helped me overcome my fears. His lessons were tailored to helping me improve and focused on my weaker areas. I am now a confident driver and the icing on the cake was when I passed my test on my first attempt! Many thanks to Abdul for his fantastic teaching!

Passed my test on the first attempt with Abdulkarim from York Driving School. Abdul is an excellent instructor who takes his time to ensure that you are not only pass ready, but also prepared to get on the road as a genuinely safe and aware driver. Abdul is a professional who treats your learning as his utmost priority. He was very flexible and accommodating with his time to make sure that I got the hours needed before my test. He always comes ready with a lesson plan and a contingency for when circumstances change for whatever reason. Overall, I was delighted with my experience and cannot recommend Abdul enough.

With his clear and straightforward instruction, he built my confidence and patiently helped me to develop my skills, at a pace that suited me. His encouragement and positivity allowed me to overcome my fears, and I passed my test first time! I honestly don’t think I would have passed my driving test today if it wasn’t for Abdulkarim. He is an amazing instructor — very kind, patient, and understanding. He really focuses on helping you improve in the areas you’re most worried about and makes sure you feel confident behind the wheel. He went out of his way to fit me in before my test and made sure I felt 100% prepared. What I appreciated most is that he doesn’t just teach you how to pass the test — he prepares you for real driving afterwards as well. I really appreciated how dedicated he is, even sacrificing his own time to help me get ready. That level of commitment is rare.
