Drivers adapting to unfamiliar roads, including one German motorist taking a refresher lesson to prepare for future UK trips, feature among those leaving feedback for York Driving Lesson, based at Tower Court on Oakdale Road. A detail that keeps surfacing is passing the practical test at the first attempt, often after remarkably few lessons, with several pupils reporting only one or two minor faults on the day.

Instructor Hassan is named most often, described repeatedly as informative, thorough and easy to follow, with mention of clear explanations of roundabouts and other finer points of UK driving during that refresher session. Another reviewer credits instructor Mohammed Usamah with guiding a successful first-time pass as well. The teaching style comes across as patient and encouraging, with lesson plans adapted to individual circumstances rather than following a fixed routine.

Several comments highlight a calm, reassuring manner that leaves pupils feeling ready and confident before their test. The listed hours show availability every day of the week without restriction, a point that comes up often in relation to how easily lessons fit around work, study or travel commitments. Whether preparing for a first attempt or brushing up on skills after time spent driving abroad, feedback consistently describes swift progress and successful outcomes achieved in a short space of time.
