I never ever imagined at the ripe old age of 45 I would be writing a review for passing my driving test. Its all thanks to Steven Robertson. I would highly recommend Steven as an instructor, he's patient, humerous and never gives up on you. The confidence he has given me over the past 8 months and helping me achieve something I thought I never would. If you're looking for an instructor he would be the one I would recommend 100%. Thanks for putting up with me, I'll miss ya 😃

Would highly recommend top gear to anyone; especially Baillie. Baillie got me through my driving test at shieldhall with zero faults and was a pleasure to learn with, great chat and made me enjoy the whole experience. He also was incredible at going the extra mile, answering questions and putting my anxiety at ease on the run up to the test itself. Thanks again guys!

Steven Robertson is an amazing instructor and soul. I cannot thank him enough for his patience, encouragement, and for having faith in me when I didn’t always have it in myself. From my very first lesson he made me feel comfortable behind the steering wheel. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he never made me feel rushed or judged when I made mistakes. His approach was completely tailored to suit my learning needs, and he always explained things in a calm, clear way that just made sense. He’s brilliant at building confidence and knows the Renfrew test routes inside out. The mock tests and tips he gave me made all the difference on the day. Thanks to Steven, I passed my test first time! If you’re looking for automatic lessons in Renfrew with someone who genuinely cares about your progress, I couldn’t recommend Steven more highly. Best instructor around.

Passed driving test first time with only 3 minors! I couldn’t have done it without the amazing teaching of steven robertson. A nice guy and had great chat but also improved my driving significantly. I lack concentration a little bit, but he would find ways on how to engage me on techniques. Thanks so much Steven and I will miss our weekly chats about Australia and missing the nice seafood 🙌🏻

Steven was a fantastic fit for me (patient, knowledgeable and very funny). He had an issue with his car just before the test and went above and beyond to make sure his car was ready before I had to sit my test. He was probably more upset about the car possibly not being fixed than I was (he pulled off a miracle, by the way, to get the car ready for me on test day). I passed my test first try and am beyond happy with it all. I would highly recommend Steven if you need automatic driving lessons. Great guy, great instructor, very kind and thoughtful, but also tough when needed.

Guys Johnny is the best like he has improved my confidence so much. didnt think id be able to drive until i got lessons with him😭😭 booked my practical and im actually so excited, not nervous one bit.. (you BETTER get lessons with him)

Baillie just help me pass my test after taking lessons under him for the past few months. He made driving not only easy to understand but thoroughly enjoyable start to finish. Don't know where I would be without the guy.❤️
