What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
On Pennycross Park Road in Plymouth, this intensive driving course provider is open from nine until eight on weekdays, with shorter Saturday and Sunday hours until four. A review describes a crash course pupil being refused entry to her test the day before it was due, despite feeling prepared, with the instructor said to have discussed personal difficulties rather than offering clear feedback on her driving.
The reviewer called the service unprofessional and felt it had cost her time and money to no avail. No details are given about the car used, the test centre, or the name of the instructor involved.

My daughter had a crash course with these so called instructors and was let down day before her test and even though she was test ready they said no to her and the driving instructor was huffing and tutting about her driving instead of telling her what was wrong and telling me daughter that he was going through a divorce at the moment and putting her driving down!! Very unprofessional service and waste of time and money ,plus she is at uni and a mum and working and he said she couldn't cope with the stress of being a young mum, Shame on your driving school!!..if you can call it that and I wouldn't recommend them whatsoever try elsewhere
