Nervous and anxious learners feature heavily in feedback for this Connaught Road school in Ipswich, with instructor Dan named consistently as someone who reassures pupils before test day and helps them regain composure when mistakes happen during lessons. Returning drivers are also mentioned, including one pupil who had not driven for forty years and needed only a handful of lessons to rebuild confidence. Parents describe multiple children learning with Dan over several years, each achieving a first-time pass, and note his flexibility around lesson timings to suit family schedules.

A point raised repeatedly is clear, patient explanation of driving situations and no question treated as too trivial, which reviewers say helped reduce pre-test tension considerably. A handful of pupils mention passing with very few minor faults after feeling well prepared going into their test. The relaxed, easy-going manner combined with professionalism is highlighted repeatedly, with reviewers describing lessons that passed quickly and remained enjoyable throughout the learning process. Weekday lessons run from early morning through to early evening, extending into the weekend on Saturdays, giving working learners and students options outside typical office hours while progressing from a nervous start to a confident, test-ready finish.
