Tommy Bee Motorcycle Training

I completed my full motorcycle training with Bill, starting from CBT through to Mod 1 and Mod 2, and I’m proud to say I passed all three first time. His instruction was clear, patient, and highly professional throughout. Bill creates a relaxed learning environment, using humour to keep things enjoyable while still maintaining a strong focus on safety and skill development. His ability to adapt his teaching to suit the rider really stands out. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone looking to progress their motorcycle licence. A top-quality instructor who genuinely wants to see you succeed.

Did my cbt with Tommy bees last year. I'll never go anywhere else! Staff were amazing and really friendly. Going to come back and do my A2 with them I think!

id give 0 stars if i could but i cant. the lady in the office was extremely rude and was using aggressive behaviour, blamed everything on me and said its my fault for turning up at 8:20 even though she told me on the phone whilst booking my cbt with her that i should be there at 8:45 but when we got into the office she denied it all and said i shouldve came at 7:45. she said that she’d sent me a letter which she did but never sent an email as she said she would. and because i came at the wrong time that i was given the office lady she didnt want to give our £75 deposit back after the entire misunderstanding. selfish person i dont recommend

I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! They send a letter with the wrong address for CBT training. You arrive on time at the address on the letter, and you end up in the wrong place. You can't go to the other address where the CBT is because it's too late, and the deposit is forfeited. The woman in the office is very rude, downright disgusting. She doesn't try to find a solution in any way, she speaks in a raised voice, tells you to leave, and threatens the police. 🤯 I've never encountered such behavior, and I'm shocked that such primitive people can still run any service. I will never go back there and will always warn all motorcyclists away from this place. I feel cheated.

Phenomenal teachers! I did both my CBT and manual conversion with them and they do a great job at teaching me. Susi was my teacher for the CBT and she was an angel! Very patient, compassionate, and understanding. Despite me having dyslexia, and needing extra time, she was able to help me grasp things in a manner that encourages confidence. Great sense of humour too, which made the reality of being soaked in the heaviest rain through may incredibly fun. Super greatful to have learned with her. And today I did my manual conversion with Mark. Equally brilliant. Especially in our 1:1 session! He gave me the freedom to breathe and learn at my own pace with great tips, positive reinforcement and reminders when and where I needed it. I have the foundational confidence in needed thanks to them and I look forward to completing my direct access with them in the future. You're in great hands if you choose to learn with them. Honestly wasn't too pleased to have been put on an automatic to begin with but susi explained it perfectly that it was for my own good being autistic I struggle with multitasking, I will be going back to do geared but the teaching methods are bang on for anyone interested in starting to learn. Couldn't be happier with my experience with both instructors love to have a laugh and take the piss but in a funny way. Can't wait to go back.
