A2B Motorcycle Training Cookridge

A2B Motorcycle Training provides motorcycle training courses including CBT, Direct Access, Restricted Licence, Advanced Motorcycle and Rider Assessment, Back to Biking, and Bed & Bike residential training. The company serves North and West Yorkshire. Training courses are held at Tockwith, Leeds Cookridge, and Otley.

Accompanied and residential motorcycle training sessions are held across North Yorkshire and West Yorkshire. A2B Motorcycle Training has training locations in Church Fenton, North Yorkshire, and Cookridge, Leeds, West Yorkshire. It offers a 'Bed & Biking' residential training.

CBT courses and full direct access training toward motorcycle licences are provided from the Cookridge Lane venue in Leeds, catering to riders working through both stages of the practical test. Several reviewers speak well of the instruction itself, naming Mark and Barry as capable on the day, offering clear feedback on errors made during sessions and helping at least one rider go on to tour Europe afterwards.

Set against this, a detail that keeps surfacing in other accounts concerns difficulty getting a response before and after booking, with callbacks promised but not received, enquiry forms and messages left unanswered for days, and phone calls that went nowhere, prompting some to arrange lessons with a different provider instead. One account also described a dismissive tone when pricing for a three-hour session was queried by phone, with the call ending abruptly once the caller mentioned comparing options elsewhere.

This contact issue is raised often enough to stand apart from the praise for the actual training delivered on training days. The centre lists opening hours across all seven days, running from nine in the morning until half past five in the evening, though the reported delays in replying to calls and messages sit oddly against that availability, leaving a gap between the sessions themselves and the experience of trying to book one.
