I recently passed my Practical exam on my 2nd attempt with Shane, and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor 😊 great guy, funny, patient and made everything less stressful. I was semi-confident behind the wheel but he gave me that extra push to be a better driver I only had to wait a few weeks for my driving test as I was test ready this time😅, and was able to use a couple hours saved from the week to use 2 days before. I passed my theory 1st time and my practical 2nd time thanks to the support from One Stop and Shane. Big up to Shane again for the support and patience🤝😂 Didn’t have any issues with One Stop, Shane is very professional and replied to my messages either after other pupils lessons or within a day or 2 max Thanks again and will be recommended to my family & friends. Respect 🫡

After ten years and 6 instructors I finally decided enough was enough and decided to do an intensive with one stop, I had insane driving aniexty and hated stepping into a car but my instructor Shane put me at ease and led me to pass on my first attempt! Shane has lots of patience and a great ability to explain things so they actually make sense, couldn’t recommend an intensive enough especially if you’re a nervous driver. Thanks One Stop and thank you Shane!

Truly terrible. Course was booked for January this year and still isn't completed. The instructor vanished off the face of the earth and Andy wouldn't help me because "the instructors are self employed" They will not accept any responsibility. Why waste your money here when you can go elsewhere and get what you pay for? During this last year I've had to attend appointments as my wife has cancer and was a reason why I needed my license. This has made it so much more difficult then it should have been. It has taken almost a year, I've had to go into my own pocket yet again to find an instructor because one stop were so unreliable. It's cost my the price of the course plus hundreds more and I'm still without a license. I'm not alone either, you'll find other reviews just like mine that have had their instructors just vanish half way through their lessons. Andy, the owner contacted me after I put up a bad review and begged me to remove it. He promised me if I failed my test he would pay for the next as an apology and he is now refusing. When I first asked for a test date I was sent a response that said "we don't know who Andy is" and the email was signed off as Andy. They don't know who he is but they sign his name on their emails. It is now almost a year later and this company hasn't stopped surprising me in the worst possible ways. Avoid at all costs and never use these scam artists. And now he is treating me and has admitted he isn't even called Andy see the screenshots provided. This is what sort of company this is. Be warned. Edit: oh he is Andy again now and is continuing to threaten me. Absolutely shocking behaviour. Almost comical.

Thanks Onestop Hull! I had great instructors (Shane & Kieran) who were clear, patient and flexible. Onestop were quick at finding test dates and easy to communicate with. It took me a couple of tries but I finally passed!🙌
