MPL Driving School

I took lessons with Frank Mclaren, I highly recommend learning to drive with him. I passed first time due to Franks patience, kindness and professionalism. From our first lesson I felt confident and comfortable when driving. Frank was encouraging and calm throughout all of our lessons and I encourage others to take lessons with him.

I had an excellent experience learning to drive with Shahid. He is a very professional, patient, calm and supportive instructor who explains everything clearly and step by step. From the beginning, he helped me build my confidence and improve my driving skills without ever making me feel stressed or embarrassed about mistakes. Shahid genuinely cares about his students and makes sure they are properly prepared to drive safely and confidently. Another great advantage is his flexibility and availability, including evenings, Saturdays and Sundays, which made arranging lessons much easier. I am very grateful for all his guidance, encouragement and support. I highly recommend Shahid to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable and professional driving instructor. Thank you, Shahid, for helping me achieve this important milestone!

I had a very good experience learning to drive with Prabhu Ram. He is a very professional, patient, and supportive instructor who explains everything clearly and helped me build my confidence step by step. His guidance and encouragement helped me improve my driving skills and understand UK road rules properly. Because of Prabhu’s excellent teaching, I passed my UK driving test on my first attempt with only two minor mistakes. I truly appreciate his dedication, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a friendly and reliable driving instructor. Thank you, Prabhu, for helping me achieve this important milestone!

I couldn’t recommend Ish enough! I completed an intensive driving course with him, and he spent so many hours training and teaching me with incredible patience throughout. He was always flexible with his hours and made me feel calm, comfortable and supported, which made such a difference to my confidence behind the wheel. Thanks to all of Ish’s help and guidance, I passed my driving test first time with only two driving faults! I genuinely couldn’t have done it without him. Thank you so much, Ish! 🚗

Travelled down from Scotland for a lesson and test due to having difficulty finding a test locally. Tim is a fantastic instructor and credit has to be given to him to adapting to my driving abilities quickly and just helping with the necessary tips I needed to pass my test! Would happily recommend to anybody!

I did my lessons with Frank McLaren who was incredibly patient, calm and supportive throughout every lesson, always helping me build my confidence without making me feel under pressure. Frank not only taught me how to drive safely but also helped me believe in myself after having a difficult journey with learning to drive, and I passed my test with 3 minors. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a supportive and professional instructor.

I’ve just passed my second test today and I could not be more grateful to Prabhuram for: - giving me the chance to take my second test in his car after 2 weeks from my first fail (I was a new student to him - I’d booked 6 hours with him on the same week of my second test, so I know I was asking for a lot of trust in me) - taking the time to adapt his teaching style to how I’d learnt best, and with the knowledge I had gained from my previous instructor (I never felt like I was starting my driving journey from scratch, but that I was constantly improving my skills and ability with each lesson) - speaking life and confidence into my driving and overall mindset (I’ve always been a huge doubter/self critical, and Prab knew exactly how to get me out of this way of thinking) - making driving easier and more enjoyable - and last but not least, for dealing with me in this heat!🤣 I would recommend all learners to Prabhuram; whether you’ve just started your driving journey or are ready for your test - he will put you at ease and tailor the lessons exactly so you not only pass, but also feel prepared for some real-life driving after. A MASSIVE thank you again to MPL Driving School for accepting me as a new student (to them) & answering any queries/making adjustments to my bookings where I had made an error; the BIGGEST thank you to Prabhuram for having faith in me. (Go on, give him a raise! 🤣😝)
