⭐⭐☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with this training centre. I attended my CBT with all the required documents, including my driving licence, but I was not allowed to complete the training. I had travelled to the centre, spent my time and money, yet I received no training and no refund. I tried to explain my situation and contacted the company afterwards, but I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. As a customer, I expected clearer information before my booking and a fair solution when I was unable to take the course. The instructor was polite, but my overall experience with the booking and customer service was very disappointing. I would recommend that anyone booking here carefully checks all the requirements in advance and gets written confirmation if they are unsure about anything.

If you want to waste £230 this is the place for you. Not only do they not accommodate for all sizes of riders they also blame you for it. They do not have any smaller manual bikes, and they will count the first class, even though they did not have a bike to suit the rider and will give you an electric bike for the next class, forcing you to pay for an extra gear conversion course after these classes, an absolute scam. Dan, the instructor was likely the only helpful person in this class, but he seemed more focused on making sure I paid insurance damages rather than my leg that was stuck under his bike, I left with multiple bruises however, luckily, because of the gear that I had bought myself. But Karen, the receptionist, lives up to her name, after trying to request another booking she goes off topic and talks down to you, saying it's "common sense" and to call before hand if you are a shorter rider. Makes me think she forgot it was called "basic training" because it was meant for complete beginners, Also ignoring the fact it's not stated anywhere on the website. Alongside that, the instructors will not notice any bickering at you by the other students there. Funny enough I did complain, and again was told it was a problem I should of solved myself, nothing to do with them, even though it happened in their premises. Overall, terrible experience, completely lost my passion for motorcycles, disgusting attitude from the staff, and many inconveniences from the whole thing. Absolutely not recommended.

I had my cbt today, I was with an instructor called Dave he was very helpful and taught me a lot about motorbikes today, the bikes were in good condition and well maintained, they were very informative and I did learn a lot today, I can now comfortably say I’m confident to drive on the roads because of the training I received today, very good cbt school, very good instructors I would highly recommend this school 5/5

Did my CBT and Simon was my instructor for the day. Highly recommended as Simon was excellent. Made the whole process easy and stress-free especially for someone who has never ridden a motorcycle before. He was thorough with all his explanations and made sure everyone was safe. 👍🏻

I had motorcycle training. Yes, I didn’t pass on the first attempt, but the instructor turned out to be a very good mentor. He explained everything clearly, showed me what to do, pointed out my mistakes, and helped me understand the road rules and traffic signs. I didn’t pass because I am a beginner. This training is not easy — for beginners it is more challenging and requires more attention. You need to focus on gear changes, use your hands more, and coordinate your movements. Riding a motorcycle with a manual gearbox is not that difficult if you remember a few basic principles: pull in the clutch, smoothly apply the throttle, change gears at the right speed, and practice regularly. I would like to thank instructor Simon for his guidance. I hope we will meet again. If you are a beginner and didn’t pass, it’s not the end. You can always take the training again — that’s completely normal. Experience comes with time and practice.🙏🏾🙌🏾

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had my CBT training today with Simon, and he was absolutely amazing. He has a huge amount of knowledge and experience, and his way of teaching is excellent. He was friendly and approachable but didn’t compromise on the lesson at all — he went into real detail to make sure we fully understood the do’s and don’ts, which really helped build confidence. Big thank you to London Motoring and especially to Simon for such a great day and for being so patient with everyone. Truly appreciate everything you’ve done to help keep us safe on the road. Kamrul
