My daughter has passed her test and had the most patient instructor Abde! Abde has been a perfect teacher and has been reliable, kind and has put her reassuringly at ease throughout her time learning with him. He is so personable and I had absolute confidence that we had an excellent instructor for her. Can’t thank you enough Abde - would recommend to anyone.

I genuinely cannot recommend Lendrums Driving School enough! This time last year, I was absolutely terrified of getting behind the wheel, and now I’ve passed both my theory and practical tests first time, something I never thought I’d be able to say! Cat has been the most incredible instructor. She didn’t just teach me how to drive to test standard; she completely transformed my confidence behind the wheel. Her patience, encouragement and belief in me made all the difference, and I always felt supported every step of the way. The theory crammer sessions were also amazing. Unlike just using revision apps, Cat explained everything in a way that actually made sense, then finished each session with a quiz. If I got anything wrong, she took the time to go over it again until I fully understood and remembered it. Those sessions played a huge part in helping me pass my theory first time. I’ll genuinely miss my lessons with Cat. Learning to drive became something I looked forward to each week thanks to her kindness, patience, encouragement and brilliant sense of humour. If you’re looking for a driving instructor, or know someone who is, I honestly couldn’t recommend Cat and Lendrums Driving School more highly. Thank you for everything!

Marie is absolutely the most incredible driving instructor, I am so SO lucky to have come across her and Lendrum’s driving school! I am an extremely anxious person, and so driving has come with lots of additional barriers for me, but Marie’s patience, motivation, knowledge and lovely self made me feel so reassured throughout our driving lessons, and most importantly, on my test day!! Marie caters her driving expertise to new drivers of all backgrounds, regardless of age or additional needs, and her calm, confident approach to teaching is absolutely UNMATCHED! I am forever thankful to have found an instructor in which I see as a friend, as well as a teacher 💗 I passed my test first time today with only four minors, and it is all thanks to the wonderful Marie - thank you endlessly! Marie has been the most incredible, knowledgeable and compassionate driving instructor I've had the pleasure of meeting. I will forever be grateful that our paths crossed. Marie's teaching style is bespoke and tailored to the needs of her students, she will get to know you and your learning style and will adapt her teaching style to your needs. From my experience, this approach is difficult to find with other instructors, and Marie's approach enabled me to learn and apply the theoretical elements to real life situations. Her patience is second to none and she will explain everything until you fully understand it...whether it's through drawing diagrams and models, sending you content during her own down time, or providing various techniques to remember maneuvers - she will go above and beyond to ensure you have the best understanding of what's required from you in the test. I have a very creative learning style coupled with heightened anxiety close to the test date - I didn't think I'd ever find an instructor who would fully get me, and by some miracle I found Marie! Marie doesn't just teach you to pass, she teaches you to be a safe and competent driver (which I must say will impress the test instructor!). I passed my driving test with 2 minors and it is all thanks to Marie! I'm so grateful to have been taught by her and I will be recommending her to anyone whose seeking to take driving lessons - you've hit the jackpot if Marie becomes your driving instructor.

*First-time manual pass thanks to Abde!* I highly recommend Abde! I passed my practical test first time today after 7 months and over 50 hours of lessons. As a non-local, Abde went above and beyond to get me familiar with the Lee-on-the-Solent routes early on. He knows the area by heart, explains everything clearly, and is highly experienced. He can be very direct and pushes you hard—and while I sometimes found the constant repetition tough during lessons—it turned into pure reassurance and confidence on test day. Abde genuinely cares about his students' success. He is incredibly honest and even encouraged me to practice privately with my partner to help me progress faster. We did a great prep round right before my test today, and it paid off perfectly. Every bit of hard work was 100% worth it. If you want a brilliant instructor who genuinely wants you to pass, ask for Abde!
