A number of customers describe how instruction from Ahsan, the named instructor, calmed nerves and rebuilt confidence, with one recounting a seven-year gap before refresher lessons. Something that features in review after review is his patience: reviewers often mention that he stays calm, explains manoeuvres clearly and works at a pace suited to the individual, so that people with no prior experience progress to passing on their first attempt.
