Streetwise Driving School

My instructor, Mo Afzal, was a fantastic instructor. He trained me from scratch with no previous driving experience and helped me develop my skills and confidence on the road. He was always punctual and would let me know in advance if he was running late. He never cancelled lessons and always kept his car in excellent condition. His teaching style is friendly, patient and supportive, and he treats his pupils like family. Thanks to his guidance and encouragement, I was able to pass my driving test on my first attempt. I would highly recommend Mo to anyone looking to learn to drive.

After contacting Streetwise in the New Year, I was put in touch with instructor Ibrahim, to guide me through the process of learning automatic. Ibrahim is a very skilled driver who deeply understands what’s required to drive safely on the roads and take the DVSA driving test. He holds his learners to a high standard for driving on all types of roads anywhere. Lessons were regular and focused, taught with a mix of guidance, support, information and reflection. With a large amount of time given to practical driving, working together to progress intensively through each driving topic. There were a few challenging moments as my learning process and his teaching style clashed occasionally. But Ibrahim's reliability, expertise and passion to help his students succeed resulted in me receiving a first time pass (yippee!) with a few minor faults. I am extremely grateful for Ibrahim’s dedicated and detailed approach and for going the extra mile to support his learners. Ibrahim has helped me bring a long held dream to reality and opened up my future more than he knows. Thank you Ibrahim for your commitment and giving me a solid driving foundation. I was able to pass my driving test after my lessons with Gary. He was able to transform me from a very nervous driver to someone who can drive confidently in all environments. Throughout our lessons he always made me feel at ease and explained directions very well. I passed my driving test today in Llanishen, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better instructor than Aziz. From day one, he was patient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, helping me build both my driving skills and confidence. What really made the experience special was Aziz’s sense of humour. He is genuinely one of the funniest people I’ve ever met, and every lesson was enjoyable and relaxed. He made learning to drive something I looked forward to rather than something to stress about. His jokes, encouragement, and positive attitude helped keep me calm and confident throughout the process. Thanks to his excellent teaching and support, I passed my test and feel prepared to drive independently. Joanne was my driving instructor, she is amazing!! I passed first time due to her knowledge, patience and skills, she broke things down step by step as she acknowledges everyone learns different, I’ve also had a few lessons from Darren they both work amazing together as they teach things the same! I passed my driving test first time with my instructor Blerim. He was extremely reliable and knew exactly how the test worked, as well as the relevant routes, which made the test feel less stressful as I knew what to expect.
