Instructor Murad is the figure at the centre of the accounts left for this Reading driving school, where learners credit him with turning initial uncertainty into test success, several passing at the first attempt, one with just three minor faults. A detail many reviews return to is his calm, patient manner, which nervous pupils describe as making lessons enjoyable rather than stressful. More than one review highlights clear explanations and steady encouragement that build confidence behind the wheel, alongside advice that helps overcome specific challenges.

His flexibility around work schedules is noted, as is the reasonable cost of lessons. The same outcomes appear across different learners: one customer's daughter and another's sister both passed first time under his instruction, and pupils describe becoming safer, more capable drivers rather than simply getting through the test. Familiarity with the local roads around Reading shows through in the way lessons are structured, with essentials for the driving test covered thoroughly. The impression that emerges is of professional, friendly teaching suited to complete beginners and to those who have struggled with other instruction.
