Demonstrated great resolve and patience teaching me and left no stone unturned. Everything was explained carefully and thoroughly and anything i didnt understand was explained in multiple different ways until i did. 100 percent recommend and i will be continuing my journey with them for sure.
Friendly, welcoming staff, easy to book and great communication. Both my son and daughter use Phoenix Motorcycle Training Bristol for their CBT tests and they highly recommend them. They wouldn't go anywhere else. :)

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Phoenix Motorcycle Training during my 7-hour Back to Biking session. From start to finish, everything was professional, well-organized, and enjoyable. Phoenix is a fantastic motorcycle school. Going in with zero bike experience, I did my CBT, Mod 1, and Mod 2, passing everything first time. Their teaching is excellent, which theh tailor based on skill. This is backed up by great quality bikes and a brilliant off-road space to practice manoeuvres. The on-road instruction is equally impressive; the bikes are kept in top condition, and the instructors are punctual, professional, and supportive. They talk you through every step of the tests and make sure you're comfortable. My experience was with Sean and Will as instructors. Couldn't recommend more.
Excellent CBT experience. I'd never ridden a manual bike before despite having automatic experience. Andy and Jorge were patient, reassuring, supportive and gave me the time and confidence to make mistakes and learn without any pressure. The other reviews speak for themselves and we're why I chose Phoenix, but I can't testify enough about the quality of the whole day with phoenix, and now I'm a proud CBT accredited rider. Thanks Andy and Jorge. Also, my bike had 2 miles on when I started so faultless kit.
I did a manual CBT with zero prior experience on a motorbike other than being a passenger. I had instructor Andy and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, answered all questions, had patience and gave constructive feedback without feeling patronising to help me complete the day. I went from being nervous to riding comfortably on the road by the end of the day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Phoenix and Andy to anyone.
