Several years ago, I paid £950 for an intensive guaranteed driving course with the company. At the time, I unfortunately became unwell and was unable to commit to the scheduled dates. Following this, I attempted to make contact; however, my emails were not responded to and messages appeared to bounce back. More recently, now that their email system appears to be operational again, I have tried to re-establish contact but have still not received any response. This has been disappointing, particularly given the significant cost involved. I would strongly advise others to ensure they fully understand the terms and conditions, including any policies regarding refunds, rescheduling, and communication before making payment.

I honestly cannot recommend Mike enough. I completed the 30-hour automatic course and I have never felt so confident behind the wheel. Mike managed to get me a test in Ludlow, which was such a nicer and calmer route compared to Wolverhampton or Featherstone, and that made a huge difference on the day. I have struggled with anxiety, especially around driving and tests, but Mike was incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive throughout the entire process. He helped me work through it at my own pace and always made me feel calm and capable. I am so glad I passed and I genuinely could not have done it without his support. If you are nervous or lacking confidence, Mike is exactly the instructor you need.

Before learning to drive with Mike, i had no previous experience with another instructor. I had been out a few times with family members driving but only knew the basics. With Mike, he tells you everything you need to know and explains it in a way that is easy to understand. I chose a 24 hour 4 day course to touch up on everything and honestly i learnt everything i needed to know and more ready for the test and i am very pleased to say i passed first time! I 100% reccomend Mike if you have little to no experience as he will get you test ready in no time! 😁
