Edinburgh Motorcycle Training

I took my two friends to get their CBT’s done here. We all had a fantastic experience. The instructor Neil was a very friendly, patient and experienced guy who’s clearly massively into bikes. He gave a lot of really good tips on bike maintenance and even advice on first bike options. I’ve taken a few friends to CBT’s and this is the best place I’ve been to, they have excellent facilities to train in and I’m sure the guys will be back for their DAS.

I did the introduction course here and then the CBT and recommend them very highly. Really friendly trainers, relaxed and reassuring but also very much focused on safety. Best availability around as well, as they have several trainers. People had travelled quite far to attend the course I was on in Edinburgh. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t have had a better experience completing my CBT. Started the morning with Rob and finished the afternoon with Neil - can’t praise and thank them both enough for their knowledge, care and teaching skills. Really enjoyable day and would recommend to anyone. 10/10. Thank you!

Brilliant experience going through my training and tests for the A1 and A2. The owner Colin, and the rest of the staff provide great coaching and education, whilst also keeping the training laid back and enjoyable. The bikes we trained on were 700cc CF Moto’s. They have enough punch to give you a buzz but also feel safe and easy to control at the same time. The majority of the staff are retired police officers, or work for the fire service etc. so their processes are really thorough. Couldn’t recommend the company enough. Thanks again.

I had been lucky enough to have been trained by this school CBT+DAS Student. From start to finish the course was informative and enjoyable. Wealth of knowledge from all instructors (Different instructors during the course) Which I credit to a first time PASS!! Large training area and training routes ( covering all skills needed for the test) Would recommend to anyone who is either just starting out or planning on progressing to a full license! Thanks to Tania, Brian, Grant, Colin, Dylan for all the help and support

Dylan was a great instructor. Took us at our own pace. Great at identifying what we needed to improve and gave easy instructions to follow. I booked this last minute and would recommend to anyone. Glad I travelled from Glasgow was well worth the trip.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly can’t recommend this motorcycle training school enough! As a 4’9 rider, I always thought bigger bikes just weren’t for me. I was so used to riding lowered bikes and genuinely never expected to feel comfortable on something that tall in my life. Thanks to Neil and Brian, that completely changed. From my CBT all the way through DAS training, they’ve been incredibly patient, encouraging, and supportive. They really helped build my confidence step by step and never made me feel out of place or incapable because of my height. They pushed me to believe in myself while still making me feel safe and comfortable, and now I’m riding bikes I never imagined I’d even sit on! Their teaching style is calm, professional, and genuinely motivating. If you’re a shorter rider or someone lacking confidence, don’t let that stop you — these guys will absolutely support you all the way through. Massive thank you again to Neil and Brian!
