What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Automatic Driving Lessons Plymouth draws praise from learners who describe tuition that builds confidence and calm behind the wheel. Lee is named repeatedly for his patience, professionalism and ability to put nervous drivers at ease, with one reviewer noting that years of anxiety were overcome through his teaching. Customers in several reviews describe passing their practical test after a concentrated block of lessons, including one who completed twenty hours within a single week, and another who passed first time with only three minor faults. The recurring theme is the supportive manner in which instruction is delivered, with reviewers mentioning flexibility and understanding alongside clear guidance.

A point made in several accounts is the sense of competence gained from automatic tuition, with learners feeling genuinely prepared for test conditions. Communication is described as straightforward when lessons are arranged, and the atmosphere during sessions is frequently characterised as relaxed and encouraging. Among the negative accounts, some customers report difficulty making contact, describing unanswered calls and messages, and an office that appeared closed when visited. These contrasting experiences suggest that while the teaching itself receives warm feedback, the enquiry process has not always worked smoothly.

I called them several times, but there was no answer. I also left a voicemail but didn’t receive any response. When I tried to locate the office, it appeared to be closed. Even after asking around, no one seemed to know where this driving course is.

After putting off driving for many years out of anxiety, Lee was just the right person to help me get my confidence back. I couldn’t have passed without him! He’s incredibly patient and kind which makes all the difference! Highly recommend!

I did 20 hours of driving in just one week with Lee - That's a lot of time with one person! And I'm so glad that person was Lee. He was professional, supportive, knowledgeable and all round enjoyable company. My driving has never felt more competent and I had such a pleasant time with him as my instructor. I would highly recommend him! Edit: After just one more lesson with Lee I passed my test last Friday. Easy peasy, and he was genuinely chuffed for me - if you want lessons that feel genuinely supportive, pick Lee 😊
