About the company
90-ONE Rider Education is a Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency approved motorcycle rider training school that has been operating since 1992. It has a team of highly-qualified riding instructors. The school devised the Take Control rider training programme and ran it for four years; four county councils use the programme to reduce motorcycle casualties with funding from the Department for Transport.
It has received two Prince Michael of Kent International Road Safety Awards. 90-ONE Rider Education offers motorcycle training from CBT through to DAS and beyond, runs an off-road school for all age ranges, and provides courses for schools and youth groups.

CBT completed with Dave, Mod1 completed with Frank and Mod2 completed today again with Frank. Each 1st time passes! Absolutely brilliant team Trevor has and I couldn't rate them highly enough. Get booked in with these guys, they're brilliant! Thank you everyone
Good course. Ive been riding a 125 scoot on CBTs for 4yrs but decided to book onto the DAS course. Ive been a driver for 15+ yrs too. I needed to redo the CBT with Mike as it had just expired so did it on a geared 125, then hired the geared 125 for a day to get used to gear changes and clutch as I struggled a bit initially. Once that was done I did an hours session with Trevor on the MT07 in the yard before Mod1 and Mod2 training with Frank. Frank is firm, direct and regimented about bike control and safety but it makes you a much better and safer rider IMO. This also means you're more likely to pass the tests first time round (as his standards are significantly above and beyond the minimum requirements), which I did. Big thanks to Trevor, Mike, Frank and Tom. Now... bike shopping....
A short while ago, I had a lesson and did my CBT and the guys were lovely, friendly, chatty and patient. I am older so I felt a little silly doing lessons at my age, but they made me feel very comfortable. Thank you.
90- ONE has fulfilled my dream, instructors was very helpful, made everything super smooth. Big thanks to Trevor for making this journey so easy and Frank instructor that got me from a non rider to a fully competent biker in such a short time! Great people, great atmosphere, would recommend to anyone, with their help I have acquired my full Bike licence and now out on the roads! 100 out of 5 stars.
Wish I’d completed my CBT with this company as well as my DAS. I felt over qualified (not over confident) when I turned up for my mod1 and 2. Frank repeated every manoeuvre until it was as close to perfect. Can recommend enough.
Did my CBT here in 2024 fantastic trainers Frank did my CBT and now my DAS course highly reccomend Frank is stricter than the examiners and will push you to pass, highly reccomend coming here for your training.
Did my CBT 2 times here and doing my Full licence with them. Great people great teaching. Cbt done with Souhtafrican lad David. And now got Frank passed my mod1 and training for mod2. Feel confident ill pass. These lads get you ready 100%
