Please read and be careful to all young people Please read the very small print as a lot of young people don't! My young daughter saved very hard to have her 5 day intensive only to be taken advantage of they no longer book your driving test yes you can use there car for your test not free though and as probably like a lot of people you think they are going to get you pass ready not by a long shot they cover just over half of what is required the dividing instructor was not the best tell a student to speed up in a 30 mph zone when they are doing 31 as is this is just the tip of the issue when spoken to by email and phone all you get is it's in the small print and when asked about her instructor we have no video evidence as they are all self employed Please don't fall in to the same trap my daughter did as soon as they have your money they are not interested

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING A COURSE! I booked a 5-day course in August 2024 and after waiting for 15 months, I was finally given a test date for May 2026. Yes, I know the DVSA has long waiting times (around 11 months), but this company completely misled me. They bragged about having a “dedicated team” who would find me an earlier test within 4 months — which was clearly just a line to take my money. How on earth do they expect anyone to do a 5-day course and then somehow keep it all fresh for 21 months before a test? It’s ridiculous. They clearly don’t care about their customers at all — just about getting paid. My course reference number is - SD-Y19P7, incase you claim this review is fake!

I booked an intensive course with 5day in Norwich which I did last week and passed my test today. My instructor Greg was brilliant, he made it a really positive experience. I had previous learning experience in London from 12 years ago so wasn’t a complete beginner, and I had already passed my theory test so I believe that made my experience a little easier as I could focus solely on the practical. I also had a really good experience with Donnie, and him and Greg were really friendly and helpful. I’m so thankful, as because of Greg I have overcome something I had been putting off for 12 years!

I had Greg and he was honestly the best instructor I could ever have. He was so calm and patient with me, and was super helpful with tips and tricks. Highly recommend 5day because of him!

I’m not to write bad reviews but my experience with 5 day intensive driving course has been shocking! We had paid for a 5 day course on the wed my son was told to come in at 12 and on the fri he was bought home early at 13 30 both of those days he was in at the same time and out at same finish time, and at the end of the week was told he couldn’t be put in for test as not ready and needed extra hours!!!the explanation to me by a woman in customer service was that they made up the time! He passed his theory and then we were told his instructor had no availability. we had to make all of these calls ourselves I found the customer service lady very defensive and quite rude and do very unhelpful, would never recommend this intensive course to anyone and have since heard so many others with same complaint I’ve now spoken to an instructor and wish we’d used them from the start.

Just completed my 5day intensive course at the Norwich branch. Had a great week, My theory trainer Greg helped us immensely to prepare for both multiple questions and Hazard perception. I was booked in for the Thursday so only had 4 days to fit in as much knowledge as i possibly could. But with the great support and help I received I managed to pass with flying colours!! Our entire group did!!! My practical lessons were really good. My instructor Alex Cunha was amazing. She made me feel relaxed, made me believe in myself and most importantly showed me how to drive a car!! She done this in a way that I would understand. She was very fun, and made my week much more enjoyable. Unfortunately me and the Clutch are not compatible. So I have decided to take a few extra lessons in an automatic before booking my practical test. Alex was so very understanding and supportive with my decision, and has tried her best to get everything in order for me to get me on the road!! So next week I’ll have a few hours lessons with my new Auto instructor Aki and hopefully be a legal driver in no time 😌

Absolutely awesome place! Instructors are amazing, the theory is so well explained, felt so comfortable and reassured the whole way through, I'd recommend them to anyone. Andy is an absolute whiz with the theory and Donnie was an absolutely incredible instructor, definitely go here to learn!
