Round The Bend Driving School

This is actually Anna's review - my daughter has just passed her test after a year's lessons with Juliette. Anna is dyslexic which is why I get to type and also means she often learns differently. Juliette adjusted her style to find what would work for Anna and used lots of different methods to explain concepts like road positioning and road rules which Anna found really helpful. Juliette is clearly invested in helping her pupils pass and become safe drivers, including some extra intensive lessons leading up to the test which were just what Anna needed.

As someone who had reached their 40s before learning to drive I was somewhat anxious about the whole process. Juliette's calm, patient manner immediately put me at ease. With her instruction I soon learnt techniques to conquer my nerves and very soon genuinely looked forward to my weekly lesson. I happily passed on the first attempt, confident enough that a week on, I drove to France and back! Juliette is an excellent teacher and I'd happily recommend her to any new learner.

Very worthwhile lesson with Kay having made the switch from manual to automatic after 26 years driving including the advanced tests. She was very personable and enthusiastic. It was money well spent.

I've been learning with Juliette for a year and passed today! I've really enjoyed learning with her and she has really helped me to understand the rules of the road thoroughly... I'd had an attempt at learning ten years ago that left me quite confused about some things, and she has been great at helping me to unlearn all of that. Thank you Juliette! X

I would highly recommend Scot. I hadn’t taken lessons in a long time but Scot did a great job at rebuilding my confidence. He was always very friendly and patient and explained things clearly.
