Phoenix Motorcycle Training was established in 1999 and was acquired by Mark Jaffe in 2019. The legal entity is Phoenix Motorcycle Training LTD. Its Peterborough centre covers Fletton, Yaxley, Wansford, Werrington, Stamford, Sawtry, Corby and Wisbech. The centre has a large DVSA-approved training area and uses new Honda motorcycles from 125cc upwards.

Full safety equipment is provided with all training courses. The Peterborough centre offers CBT, Full Licence (DAS) and Advanced Rider courses. The company books DVSA testing slots up to ten weeks in advance. Training is tailored to the individual rider's existing skills.
