Crazy good instincts too; he'd catch my small mistakes before they turned into big ones, which honestly is the whole game when you're learning to drive. On test day, my nerves were through the roof, and Amar still managed to get me calm, focused, and ready to go. That kind of support doesn't just teach you to pass a test; it teaches you actually to drive well and safely. Always on time, always patient, always gave the right guidance at the right moment—a genuinely lovely person on top of being an amazing instructor, which honestly is a rare combo. If you're after someone who's professional but never makes you feel stupid for messing up, who explains things properly and keeps you sane through the whole process — Amar is your guy. 200% recommend, no notes. 🎉 Thank you, Amar; you're an amazinggggg instructor !!
As an older learner (40+), I would highly recommend MNM Automatic Driving School. My instructor, the legendary Faisal, is genuinely exceptional. He’s calm, patient, and most importantly, he listens. Throughout my lessons, I often asked to focus on specific areas such as manoeuvres, roundabouts, or dual carriageways so I could correct mistakes and build confidence. Every time, Faisal adapted the lesson to exactly what I needed. His flexibility and clear explanations made a huge difference. He’s also very easy to talk to, which meant lessons were relaxed, enjoyable, and something I genuinely looked forward to each week. I passed my test today, first time, with zero faults, and that is entirely down to Faisal’s guidance and teaching style. If you’re an older driver or someone who wants a calm, structured learning experience, I couldn’t recommend MNM Automatic more highly!
I passed at Shirley test centre 1st time with no faults, i found it very easy learning with my instructor Showkat. He made driving an enjoyable experience for me as well as boosting my confidence. i would definitely recommend MNM driving school to family and friends. very happy with my experience with them thankyou!
I recently passed my practical driving test at Shirley test centre with MNM Automatic Driving School and my heartfelt gratitude goes to my driving instructor, Amar, for all his support and guidance. I’m glad I chose Amar to be my instructor as he was very thorough and detailed in his training. He made me very road aware and conscious. He encouraged me to avoid minor errors as this would potentially increase my chances of passing. On the day of the test, he took me through the motorway when I told him I was tensed and this really helped build my confidence on the road when I began the test. Amar is a 10/10 driving instructor and an invaluable asset to MNM. Amar sacrificed his time and went out of his way to ensure that I was prepared for the test. I had a really positive experience with MNM driving school. My instructor, Amar, was patient, calm, and very knowledgeable. What I appreciated the most was how he adapted his teaching to my learning style, which made a big difference in building up my confidence and progress. Amar was also really helpful in supporting me to overcome my nerves while driving. In my opinion, a great instructor also listens what you have to say, addresses your needs and struggles, and that’s exactly what makes Amar stand out. Highly recommend!
I have been taking lessons with Amar from MNM driving school and he is an excellent instructor. He ensures the learner is comfortable and understanding every lesson and all the tips to remember that help us be a better driver. He is extremely patient and knowledgeable and it is evident in the way he teaches. He has been an excellent cheerleader which helps boost confidence of first time drivers like me. I first contacted Faisal who as an absolute amazing individual, I explained I wanted a lady instructor and he put me in contact with Rekha. I had a few lessons with Rekha. Amazing instructor and an amazing team. From start to finish I had a really good experience. Lessons were very flexible too. I passed today with 0 faults. Highly, highly recommend if anyone is wanting to start there journey. They also don’t waste your time if they know you are ready, they will tell you to book your test.
