Learn Intensive Driving School

Idris is a great instructor, I hadn’t driven for a few years when we started lessons and i’ve passed within only a few months! Thank you :)) Constantly sending me useful youtube videos and checking up on things I wasn’t sure about before the test. We did an intensive course and weekly lessons afterwards. Super helpful and good at calming my nerves before the test.

I passed first time after taking learn intensive driving school 5 day course with Idris…I’m 68 years old ! I know I would never have achieved this without Idris… his excellent tuition, his knowledge, teacher skills , patience, enthusiasm and encouragement! He went above and beyond, giving visual info , and after each lesson sending videos of understanding roundabouts, parking tips and all driving skills needed to be a safe driver. I recommend him 100%

✨I honestly cannot recommend Idris at Learn Intensive Driving School enough. Before this week, I hadn’t had any proper driving lessons since I was 16. My first ever instructor shouted at me because I couldn’t understand the gears, and it completely knocked my confidence. I walked away believing driving just wasn’t for me. I’m now 33 years old and finally decided to do an intensive course because I want to be able to drive my son to college and give him that independence. On my first day I was an absolute bag of nerves. I was overheating, my left leg wouldn’t stop shaking, and I honestly thought I was going to struggle all week. But within just a few hours, Idris completely changed that. He has such a calm, patient way of teaching. He never made me feel stupid, never got frustrated, and if I didn’t understand something one way, he’d explain it differently until it finally clicked. What really stood out was how visual his teaching style is. We’d get out of the car and physically look at where I’d parked. We’d walk to roundabouts so he could explain traffic flow in real life. He used drawings as well as diagrams, and everything was broken down in a way that made sense to me. I learn visually, and I think I probably have ADHD, so this teaching style worked perfectly for me. Idris might not even realise it, but he has a real talent for adapting his teaching to the person sitting beside him. A huge thank you also goes to his daughter, who joined us throughout the week as she’s training to become a driving instructor herself. Having another calm, supportive person in the car really helped build my confidence. It also meant that I got used to driving with passengers, which has made me feel much more confident about having my own son in the car when I pass my test. The difference between Monday morning and the end of the week is unbelievable. I honestly feel like two different people. I went from being terrified of driving to driving confidently, and that’s completely down to Idris and the way he teaches. I’ve already told him that in a couple of years, when my autistic son starts learning to drive, I’d love Idris to teach him too. That says everything about how much I trust him. He’s even going to give me a couple of refresher lessons before my practical test, which means I don’t have to start all over again with someone new. Thank you, Idris, for believing in me when I didn’t believe in myself. You haven’t just taught me how to drive—you’ve given me confidence that I honestly thought I’d never have. I’ll always be grateful for this week, and I couldn’t recommend you and Learn Intensive Driving School more highly. ✨

Idris is one of a kind!! If you want to pass your test he will make it his priority to make you safe while getting you test ready!! My first lesson with him I was completely new to all the roads, routes etc… Within a week he got through the test with 5 minors. Cant thank you enough Idris!!

I can’t recommend Idris enough. I initially took the 30 hours as a complete beginner then we added 10 extra hours to be completely test ready, I passed first time with 3 minors!!!. I was so nervous/adhd but Idris was very patient and calm with me. He made everything very clear and really worked with my mindset. He even recommended me videos to watch to calm my nerves/anxiety which I put into practise, it really helped me. I would definitely recommend Idris if you want to be comfortable whilst learning & have a high chance of passing very first time! Thank you Idris

I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor than Idris. He was patient, calm, and explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand and build confidence quickly. Every lesson was well structured, and he always made sure I felt comfortable while still pushing me to improve. Thanks to his guidance, I passed my driving test with 0 minor faults! , which says everything about the quality of his teaching. I was really anxious to start driving again so I decided to go automatic and do an intensive course and it was the best decision I’d made! Idris was so helpful and helped calm me down and perfect my driving. I passed my first test with Idris!!
