L Team Driving School

I had lessons in Sale with Ikram and couldn’t recommend him more! As a very anxious driver he helped me to overcome my driving anxieties by pushing me out of my comfort zone such as doing busy roundabouts yet making me feel calm and at ease. Ikram is a patient and calm instructor, he goes through things in detail, at your pace and is genuinely excited when you master a new skill. He is very invested and is an amazing instructor! Not to mention I passed first time with Ikram with only one minor!!

After failing my test last year, I found Talat through the L team driving school. He had me immediately driving all the potential test routes in my area, pointing out high risk and easy fail spots. He has a wealth of knowledge of the cheetham hill area and it's routes, so by the time I took my test I felt well assured that I knew the roads well and had practiced on all tricky spots. Talat built confidence each lesson, trusting my driving skills whilst pointing out and guiding me through any issues. I always felt comfortable driving with Talat and I felt ten times more confident and prepared going into my test which I passed with only 2 minors. I could not recommend him enough. In a short space of time, he's turned me into a confident driver, capable of passing her test with no issues. He is a friendly, knowledgeable, and easy person to learn from.

I want to say thanks to my instructor Othman because I passed my driving test with just two minor fault. He was a lot better than my previous instructor, and I could tell straight away there was a big difference in the way he teaches. He explained things in more detail and really helped me improve my planning and awareness on the road. From the beginning, he was friendly and patient, and he never got annoyed when I asked questions or needed things repeated. I must admit I got very lucky that I got him as my instructor. I think he’s better than any other instructor I’ve come across.

I’ve had multiple failed tests with multiple instructors prior and have had a difficult time with my tests so after taking a break from driving I came back and tried L team driving school for a few lessons before my test where I met Shakeel who could not have made learning easier, I felt like I was comfortably learning consistently and improving at an outstanding rate and in just under a week I was ready and passed the driving test. Great instructor, and had a great time learning with him

He took my confidence from 0 to 100. His calm and supportive approach made learning easy and stress-free. I learned with L Team Driving and my instructor Shahid was absolutely brilliant. He really knew how to break down tricky manoeuvres into simple steps and always gave honest, constructive feedback without ever being pushy. What stood out most was how he tailored every lesson to my weak spots, making sure I actually improved rather than just going through the motions. By test day, I felt genuinely confident and fully prepared. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Arif is an amazing driving instructor. He is incredibly patient, supportive, and truly dedicated to his students’ success. Every time I struggled with a manoeuvre or needed extra time, he made sure to explain things clearly and helped me practise until I felt confident. What really sets Arif apart is how much he focuses on building your confidence on the road, not just teaching you how to pass the test.
