Ideal Driver & Rider Training

Great experience with Neill and the team. Never ridden a motorcycle before, to being able to ride a 125cc geared bike, on the road by the end of the day! Very patient instructors, who ensured every trainee understood, and felt confident enough to ride their bike on the road. Fully recommend their CBT course to anyone, no matter how basic your experience is.

Recently completed my A2 lisence with a clean sheet in both Mod 1 and 2. I had never been on a motorbike before and chose the full training course as well as CBT package. The lessons definitely equip you with the skills that you need in order to pass. While it’s fast and seems like it wouldn’t be enough time, it definitely was even for myself who had zero experience. Craig and Neill are great at telling you every possible thing and are clearly super experienced as I went into the tests knowing above and beyond what I needed to know. Big thank you to Craig for always being a really friendly and kind instructor with the patience of a saint. And thank you to Neill for helping me to get over my fear of u turns. Great company, super professional. Would highly recommend!

Completed my cbt training with ideal driver and rider training today. The experience I had was brilliant! Craig the instructor made the day really enjoyable in the theory lessons and on the road. Was treated unprofessionally throughout 1 instructor tried belittling me almost certainly trying to get a reaction hense I started to shake and my confidence fully went and started to shake of and on the bike he made fun out of that proceeded to shout at me repeatedly and he wondered why everything I knew about how to ride safely went out of my head due to how uncomfortable I was I’m not certain which instructor this was but his patience was like a child and came across extremely arrogant when I tried memorizing the gears he would interrupt me proceeding me to hurry up and be rude he came across very unapproachable and felt like I couldn’t ask for advice however when I went on the road with the other instructor my experience changed he was what I needed at the start rather than the just the final part of my CBT due to that other instructor I definitely will not be coming back to do my A2 and would recommend an alternative training center who actually care about giviging people the confidence to ride safe and actually teach them rather than belittling and shouting at whoever is learning if they don’t get it right straight away.
