I passed my driving test today and I couldn’t have done it without Laura from Flying Colours Driving School in Poole! From the very first lesson, Laura was patient, professional, and incredibly supportive. She explains everything clearly and builds your confidence step by step, which made a huge difference for me. Even when I made mistakes, she stayed calm and helped me improve without ever making me feel stressed. Her teaching style is excellent — very structured but also relaxed, so you actually enjoy learning to drive. She really focuses on making you a safe and confident driver, not just passing the test. Thanks to her guidance, I went into my test feeling fully prepared and passed first time! I highly recommend Laura to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly driving instructor in Poole.

I recently just passed my automatic test second time around in Dorchester. John has been amazing, a wealth of knowledge and he has been very accommodating and reassured me that I am a capable driver during the process. I can’t thank him enough, highly recommend anyone looking at automatic lesson’s to go with John 🙌🏻

A massive thank you to Laura. From the first lesson she made me feel comfortable,after previously having a bad experience with another driving school. Laura remained calm and was patient at all times which put me at ease when learning new things. Lessons were booked to fit my availability and always focused on what I needed to learn. The lessons felt tailored to me and towards my test we focused on what I felt I needed to practice which gave me more confidence. Laura was easy to talk to which helped calm the nerves during lessons and before the tests. I couldn’t recommend this company and Laura enough!!

Very big thanks to Colum who was kind, patient and an excellent teacher. As a nervous driver with some negative experiences of being shouted at by another instructor from a different school, then Colum was fantastic and a real relief. I felt instantly comfortable in the car with him from the first lesson. He was flexible and paid close attention to my driving, being able to analyse and spot patterns in a constructive way so that I could correct issues. He had a number of ways of explaining things to suit different ways of thinking. Every lesson was helpful and carefully personalised to my needs. Highly recommend.

Chris was incredibly patient with me as a nervous driver who never thought I’d be able to drive. It was a really positive experience each week with lessons which were also personalised to journeys I wanted to practice such as my weekly shop and drive to work. I passed my test first time and am so pleased with my journey. Thanks Chris!
