Cov Driving School

I passed my driving test today (20/07/26)! 🥳 A huge thank you to Cov Driving School, and especially to my instructor, Abdul. After around a year of lessons together, I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. He is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and has always believed in my abilities and made me feel at ease. His encouragement and support gave me the confidence I needed to pass. I honestly can’t recommend Abdul highly enough to anyone looking for a driving instructor. Thank you for everything!

I passed today with two minor faults following great guidance from my driving instructor Hussain from COV Driving School. I would definitely recommend for anyone seeking to learn to drive at all skill levels.

A huge thank you to Mr. Foyzur Rahman, my driving instructor. I truly appreciate the excellent lessons, guidance, and support he provided throughout my driving journey. His patience, encouragement, and professional teaching helped me develop the skills and confidence to drive safely and responsibly. He is especially excellent at teaching complex roundabouts, including multi-lane roundabouts and the Spiral Roundabout. His clear explanations and practical guidance made these challenging junctions much easier to understand and navigate with confidence. Thanks to his outstanding instruction, I passed my driving test successfully. I am genuinely grateful for all the time, effort, and dedication he invested in helping me achieve this milestone. Thank you once again, Mr. Rahman, for your patience, support, and encouragement. I truly appreciate everything you have done for me. 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

I would like to give a big appreciation to FOYZUR RAHMAN! First time passed! He helped me a lot and giving me clear useful tips for driving. He has his own driving module and very structured and would do summary at the end of the lesson on what to improve and will do next lesson. He is very patience and calm, even with mistakes, he still gives encouragement but not shout at you and bring you down. Before the test, he gives you confidence and would practice again on main things. Overall, thank you very much and being a big part of my driving journey!

Absolutely appalling experience with Cov Driving School. I was recommended one of their instructors, Nahid Riaz, directly through Cov Driving School and started lessons on 18 March 2026. From the very first lesson I clearly explained that my practical test was booked for 30 April 2026 and that I needed intensive lessons leading up to the test. I was even charged extra for “intensive” lessons and was assured this would not be a problem. After 13 lessons, the instructor informed me she would be away for 5 days and that lessons would resume on 23 April. However, on 23 April she simply did not turn up and completely stopped responding to calls and messages. From that point onwards, both myself and my family tried contacting her daily with absolutely no response. We also contacted Cov Driving School repeatedly during this time asking for help because my driving test was approaching. They were extremely unhelpful, repeatedly saying they also “couldn’t contact her” but making no meaningful effort to resolve the situation, arrange alternative tuition, or support a student who was about to lose a driving test booking. On the actual day of my test (30th April) the instructor finally contacted me suggesting a lesson for the following day, seemingly completely unaware that my test was that day despite this being discussed from the very beginning. As a direct result of this shocking level of incompetence and lack of professionalism, I was forced to forfeit my practical driving test and lost the test fee entirely. The stress caused in the lead-up to the test was unacceptable. To make matters worse, after I requested compensation for the lost test fee, the instructor blocked my number. Cov Driving School have since ignored further calls and even refused to provide the instructor’s ADI number when requested. I have never experienced such poor communication, lack of accountability, and disregard for a paying customer. If you are considering booking lessons through Cov Driving School, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere unless you are willing to risk losing money, time, and your driving test booking due to their complete lack of professionalism and support.

I had an amazing instructor named FOYZUR RAHMAN he was the best. His encouragement was second to none. he always told me what I was doing well and gave me useful feedback to help me to improve. His teaching style and approach definitely made me pick up the key concepts very quickly. he's a brilliant instructor and I would highly recommend FOYZUR RAHMAN is the best.😍😍😍💯💯💯 Thank you Foyzur Rahman bai...

I had one lesson with Foyzur Rahman at Cov Driving School and then we did a driving test at Warwick test centre which I passed. (I had previously had many lessons with another driving instructor. I moved to Coventry Driving School because my previous instructor stopped providing lessons in automatic cars.) My experiences Foyzur were really positive. He has a calm and friendly personality and an organised approach to teaching students.
