What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

In Rackheath and the wider Norwich area, Camrider Motorcycle Training draws praise for the calm, patient instruction that runs through its CBT courses, Rusty Rider sessions and full licence training. Customers repeatedly describe instructors who explain techniques clearly, adapt to individual needs and put nervous riders at ease, with Steve, Matt, Jerry, Jim and Tamsin singled out by name for their friendly and knowledgeable approach.

Reviewers mention lowered bikes suited to shorter riders, a large practice area laid out to MOD1 scale, and one-to-one sessions on supplied machines that rebuild confidence after long breaks from riding. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the reassurance given to learners who need extra support, including a rider with autism whose instructor took time to chat before the training began.

The three-hour Rusty Rider course is described as good value for the reminders and confidence it restores, while those completing CBT, MOD1 and MOD2 report thorough preparation and successful passes. Booking support and communication are also noted, with course arrangements handled helpfully. Problems on a first attempt were resolved on a return visit, and the prevailing tone is of a school that treats riders as individuals and clearly enjoys the work it does.

I can honestly say the worst learning experience ever. I was given a bike with a bent clutch handle to the point i could hardly reach it with my fingers and it didn't want to go in neutral to the point the instructor struggled with it and the instructor was rushing me so badly we both started arguing because the pressure was overwhelming. So I left after 4 hours and they still charged for the whole day and handed me a ticket 10% off my next visit.

My son recently completed his CBT with Cam Rider Motorcycle Training and had a fantastic experience. As someone with autism, he can sometimes need a little extra reassurance in new situations, and his instructor was incredibly calm, patient, and respectful throughout the day. After taking a few moments to chat with him and help him feel more at ease, my son was able to settle into the training and successfully pass his CBT. He came home full of praise for his instructor, saying how understanding and supportive he was. It made such a positive difference to his confidence. Thank you to the team for creating an environment where everyone is treated with patience and respect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cam Rider Motorcycle Training.

A Great morning out with this team, as a Rusty Rider getting back on a bike after a long lay off was daunting. after a few circuits on the training area, you could see my old self coming back, so off we went for a nice 3hr ride. Thanks you, Will always remember this day.

Cannot thank the guys at camrider enough! The instructors at Norwich for the CBT were great! & the guys down at Diss where I completed my mod 1, mod 2, and the training sessions for it. Thoroughly enjoyed my time working with the instructors & came away with two passes & a huge smile! Cannot recommend camrider enough for anybody to start their motorbike journey. Huge huge huge thank you to Tamsin for working with me to book a course suitable around my awful shift pattern at work & Alan for his efforts and time training me! Thanks again guys! Gaz
