Where do I even begin? When I started driving lessons with Billy last October, I wasn't just a nervous learner—I was someone whose confidence had been completely broken. Previous experiences with other instructors had left me doubting whether I would ever become a driver. I arrived at my first lesson carrying fear, disappointment and very little belief in myself. Billy never focused on what I couldn't do. He focused on what I could become.From day one, he was patient, calm and incredibly encouraging. He took the time to understand how I learned best and adapted every lesson to suit me. As a visual learner, I found his use of drawings, pictures and videos invaluable. He didn't just teach me how to drive—he taught me how to understand the road, think ahead and become a safe driver. As a full-time working mum of three, life is busy, but Billy was always flexible and did his best to fit lessons around my schedule. This journey wasn't quick or easy. There were moments when I felt like giving up, convinced I had reached my limits. Billy never let me define myself by a difficult lesson or a setback. Instead, he reminded me how much progress I had made and encouraged me to keep moving forward. One thing this journey has taught me is that progress is rarely instant, but persistence produces breakthrough. Billy believed that long before I did. Today, I am incredibly proud to hold my full driving licence. If you're looking for an instructor who genuinely cares about his pupils, who is patient, professional and committed to helping you become a safe and confident driver, I cannot recommend Billy highly enough. Thank you, Billy, for seeing potential in me when all I could see were my fears. You didn't just help me pass my driving test—you've given me the confidence to achieve something I once thought was beyond me. I will always be grateful.

Conor was a fantastic driving instructor. I was quite a nervous driver when I started, but his patience, reassurance, and clear way of explaining everything really helped me to feel more comfortable and confident when driving. Words can’t justify how helpful Conor has been to my journey (Thanks, Hannah). A year of failed attempts to get lessons with 2 instructors, finally met Conor through Austin driving school. He has been nothing but a blessing. Conor helped me get confident on the road in such a short span of time. He really works with your availability and is a good communicator. He is a great teacher and knows his stuff, is patient, has a positive approach and helped me polish my shortcomings. Within a week of lessons with him, I booked a test and passed first time with 3 minors. Also side quest, has really good life advices.

Just passed my test this morning, thanks to Hannah. She was an incredible driving instructor, she was always very informative and broke everything down to make things easier and clearer to understand. She’s always very patient and encouraging and never made me feel like I had asked a stupid question. She’s very calm and always made me feel at ease when I was nervous about getting on the roads or doing my test. She’s super friendly and easy to get along with so lessons were always fun and I looked forward to them. Would totally recommend Hannah, she’s a great driving instructor!!!

We can’t recommend Tony highly enough! Our son Sam passed his driving test after just a few months of lessons, and we couldn’t be happier. Tony is an excellent instructor who is patient, calm and incredibly thorough. He explains everything clearly, adapts his teaching to suit the individual, and creates a relaxed environment that really helps build confidence. From the very first lesson, Sam felt comfortable and supported, and Tony’s encouragement and professionalism made a huge difference. He genuinely cares about helping his pupils succeed and takes the time to make sure they understand every aspect of driving. Thank you, Tony, for all your hard work and dedication. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, supportive and approachable driving instructor.

Five stars and a big shout out to the amazing Craig! Craig stepped in after an unreliable instructor left me hanging just before my driving test. Craig was able to help me settle my nerves all the while instructing me clearly and concisely. Most importantly Craig helped me build my confidence which was my biggest hurdle. Also worth a mention is Hannah who helped organise my lessons with Craig at the very last minute. Thanks Craig and Hannah! If you need lessons ask for Craig. I can’t recommend him enough.
