Highly recommend shakeela she is very patient and friendly. It was a good decision to change from another company as I have learnt a lot in a very short amount of time. Made the learning experience very easy and explains everything very well.

Really bad experience. I went in really positive about driving I was absolutely confident, until having 5 lessons in total with this instructor.She made me believe I could not do automatic , sometimes would make comments like “this is why you should be doing automatic “ while I’m doing manual.I wouldn’t recommend.Also once bought automatic car out of no where and I got confused and she charged me 10£ extra for lesson , when asking she just acted like I’ve switched to automatic but after said ok I’ll bring manual car next time.I left every lesson feeling so down.She always made me feel belittled.Ive got a new instructor now and she’s absolutely amazing, I was so surprised to have someone so supportive.I think she’s more about money then actually teaching you and used her phone a lot in lessons , which my instructor never does now.She also would come late but drop me off early at home so didn’t feel like I’m actually getting 2 h.
Driving instructor is very polite, kind and took me at my own pace. I needed to have some refresher lessons and Shakeela was very patient with me and very professional as well. She gaved me the confidence to get back on the road in a very short time. I had a very good experience and highly recommend.
The best explanation and calm supportive from my first lesson highly recommended and I’m glad that I choose shakeela I wish I could chooses her from the beginning best one
Outstanding teaching the best in derby all my family and friends will start with a star and Manual driving school. Very bappy with my progress. Shakeela is an amazing instructor. Highly recomended.
