My instructor Tanveer taught the basics well, but there were a few things future learners may want to be aware of. He often makes comments that feel unnecessary or unprofessional, especially if you’re a sensitive or anxious learner. He also expects you to quickly switch to his method even if you’ve been taught differently before, and some of his remarks can come across as discouraging. There were repeated comments about small things like footwear, which felt inconsistent and not really relevant to the lesson. When driving before I had never had an instructor make comments about my footwear so it felt a bit odd. At times he made remarks after mistakes, such as asking if I’d had enough sleep or saying things like “I like you now” after good driving, which felt weird.. On the day of my test, I mentioned feeling unsure about my test, the response was quite dry and not very reassuring, which added to the overall feeling that the communication style wasn’t very supportive. I ended up cancelling my test because I just did not feel confident enough. It's a shame because you pay so much money for such an average or below average experience. The reviews have 5 stars with the female instructors so I know it's not an issue with the whole company maybe just him. Overall, he can teach you, but the way he communicates may not suit everyone. If you prefer a calm, encouraging, and consistent environment like most learners will, it’s something to keep in mind.
I honestly could not recommend enough! I had 20hours with Khalid, and it was the most enjoyable learning experience. Having previously been very nervous and lacking confidence, Khalid’s support, knowledge, and encouragement helped me to pass first time, in just two weeks! Everyone I spoke to from the company had been so helpful and kind. Could not be more grateful for the experience I’ve had, thank you so much!
I done a 20 hour driving course with Noreen and passed with only two minors. I couldn’t recommend this course and Noreen enough. I was extremely nervous & anxious but Noreen instantly made me feel at ease and comfortable. Thank you so much for everything!!
I highly recommend Azra. My wife was entering the world of driving for the first time before starting lessons, so naturally she was very nervous and lacked confidence at the beginning. From day one, Azra was professional, patient, nurturing, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire learning journey. The teaching approach was extremely effective — everything was explained clearly, calmly, and in a way that built confidence step by step. What impressed me most was how much progress my wife made in such a short space of time. Azra’s ability to teach, encourage, and adapt to her learning style was genuinely fantastic. They not only taught her how to drive safely, but also helped her believe in herself. They really looked after my wife throughout the process, and for that we are very grateful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and caring driving instructor. Thank you Azra for all your support. I had a great experience learning to drive with Ali. He was patient, professional, and explained everything clearly which really helped build my confidence on the road. The lessons were well organised and focused on what I needed to improve. I felt fully prepared for my test and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable driving instructor.
I cannot recommend 5DayPass enough! Affordable pricing and were very flexible to ensure I could work alongside doing my intensive course. Noreen is so professional, friendly and lovely to engage with whilst setting it all up. Stepping back in a car after lessons 10+ years ago and Azra did nothing but make me feel at ease from day 1 and helped me feel so confident in my driving ability and so at ease, I don’t think I could of done it without her. Azra, thank you so much, you have helped me to open my whole world back up!!
I had no idea how to drive two weeks ago, but after putting it off for too many years I finally decided to book an intensive course with 5 Day Pass after seeing the positive reviews. Noreen is a brilliant teacher who adapted her style to suit me (I have ADHD). Early on in the course, I genuinely couldn't understand how passing in such a short space of time would be possible, but she proved me wrong. 😂 There were moments where I was genuinely overwhelmed... Roundabouts felt impossible one day, and almost second nature two days later. Going from fear & confusion to feeling confident & secure in such a short space of time still baffles me. After an initial assessment lesson she recommended the 30 hour course, and halfway through I decided to add an extra 5 hours the week of my test because I felt I needed it. No regrets. Noreen's knowledge, patience and honesty, combined with doing my own revision alongside the lessons (watching YouTube videos based on her notes), helped me pass first time. It takes real work and it's called intensive for a reason. But if you want to pass quickly and you're willing to put the effort in, I'd highly recommend. Thanks again, Noreen ☺️🙏
